As a sports fan, I loved that crossover. My Vegas capsule already had an almost striped pattern on top, and I could see how to take it in that direction.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eChoosing the owl took more thought. I wanted a familiar EDC symbol with a taller shape that worked alongside the pinstripes. The wider EDC lettering balances it across the front, with royal blue tying the lettering, owls, and ORL button together.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI like working a metallic accent into my capsules, so silver silk filament was a natural choice for the middle band.
